**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and providing excellent customer service. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy building relationships with clients, we want to hear from you.
**Duties:**
- 5-7 Week Training program
- Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Goal is to generate $1,000,000 in sales the first year
- Maintain weekly written sales report
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Any reasonable work necessary for Reliable Brothers to remain competitive.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
- Strong account management skills with the ability to analyze market trends
- Knowledge of business development strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
